Passion, Politics and Power: The Life of Lady Pamela Berry

Patrons of the London Library are warmly invited to their annual gathering to thank those who have kindly chosen to leave a gift to the Library in their Will.

Library Member Harriet Cullen will share insights from her biography of her mother, Lady Pamela Berry – a woman who was a bystander and protagonist across five remarkable decades of twentieth-century British life.

Drawing on a rich cache of family diaries and letters, as well as other unpublished sources, Cullen will touch upon legacy, ‘petticoat power’ and the interweaving of politics and the press.

Location: The Stoppard Room at The London Library.

This is a London Library Founders’ Circle event. If you would like to become a Patron, please contact [email protected]
